1. Returns Policy
You can return orders by visiting the Your Orders section in Your Account or by contacting our support team.
Returns is a scheme provided by respective sellers directly under this policy in terms of which the option of replacement and/ or refund is offered by the respective sellers to you. All products listed under a particular category may not have the same returns policy. For all products, the returns/replacement policy provided on the product page shall prevail over the general returns policy. Do refer the respective item's applicable return/replacement policy on the product page for any exceptions to this returns policy and the table below
The return policy is divided into two parts; Do read all sections carefully to understand the conditions and cases under which returns will be accepted.

Part 2 - Returns Pick-Up and Processing
Return Pick-Up is only available at the location where the product was originally delivered. Once the product is received at the warehouse, it will undergo a quality check. The refund will be processed only if the product meets the following conditions:

Correct Product | IMEI/ name/ image/ brand/ serial number/ article number/ bar code should match and MRP tag should be undetached and clearly visible. |
Complete Product | All in-the-box accessories (like remote control, starter kits, instruction manuals, chargers, headphones, etc.), freebies and combos (if any) should be present. |
Unused Product | The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals/return tags/warranty seals (wherever applicable). |
Undamaged Product | The product should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears or holes. |
Undamaged Packaging | Product's original packaging/ box should be undamaged. |
In case the product fails to meet the above conditions, the refund request will be cancelled and the product shall be shipped back to your pick-up location.
In certain cases where the Disney is unable to process a replacement for any reason whatsoever, a refund will be given.
Note:
- If you do not have a printer, you can also hand-write the declaration and return address (return address is similar to shipping address on the invoice) and use the original invoice or a copy, highlighting the items being returned.
- Return shipping charges will be refunded in accordance with ShopDisney refund policy.
2. Refund Policy
Once we receive your return, a refund is issued to the original payment method (in case of pre-paid transactions) or to your bank account (in case of Cash on Delivery orders).

If the standard time-frame as mentioned in the above table has expired and you have still not received the refund, please contact your credit or debit card issuer or your bank for more information. Refunds will not be processed in cash.
Refund for Cash on Delivery Orders:
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed to your bank account (via National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT))
If you wish to receive the Cash on Delivery order’s refund to your bank account, you can update the details of the bank account in Your Account section when you are returning an item.
Note: Refunds cannot be processed to third-party accounts. The name on your Shopdisney account/order should match with the name of the bank account holder.
Refund Amount
For all eligible approved returns, the entire order amount except the shipping charges, express delivery charges, and gift packaging charges will be processed for refund. All such refunds will be issued via original payment mode.
3. Replacement Policy
Which items are eligible for a Free Replacement?
All products eligible for returns are also eligible for a free replacement. If an eligible item is out of stock from the same seller, it cannot be replaced. Only a refund against the returned item will be issued.
What are the conditions for Free Replacement?
Items within return window and in stock (exact same item) with same seller are eligible for free replacement. The free replacement order will be shipped through standard shipping once the original order is returned. Free replacements can be requested if the following conditions apply:
- Item received is physically damaged;
- Item received has missing parts or accessories;
- Item received is different from their description on the product detail page on ShopDisney.in; or
- Item received is defective/does not work properly.
Note:
- A free replacement cannot be created for an item which was returned and replaced once earlier.
- If your item is not eligible for free replacement due to any reason, you can always return it for a refund.
- If the item has missing parts or accessories, you may try to contact the manufacturer for assistance. Manufacturer contact information can usually be found on the item packaging or in the paperwork included with the item.
- Express delivery and gift packaging are not applicable for exchange orders.
4. Cancelation Policy
You can cancel orders by visiting the Your Orders section in Your Account or by contacting our support team.
To cancel items that aren't dispatched yet:
- Go to Your Orders
- Select the item you want to cancel and click Cancel items
- In case of guest checkout, you will have to reach out to our support team for cancelation.
Note:
- Your order will be cancelled instantly and a full refund will be processed to your original payment method, if the payment was already made.
- You cannot cancel the order if the product is already packed and ready for dispatch. In such cases, you can refuse the order at the time of delivery. If the payment was already made, the entire order amount except the shipping charges, express delivery charges, and gift packaging charges will be processed for refund to your original payment method.
- In case the order is already delivered, you may consider returning it.
