- When will I get my order?
The shipping speed and shipping charges are displayed before placing the order. The estimated delivery time for standard delivery are as follows:

- The timelines mentioned above are indicative and may vary depending on the shipping location, our delivery partners’ ability to fulfil orders to the delivery locations, public holidays and weekends, and any other factors that may impede a smooth order delivery.

- Are there any order restrictions?
Due to certain operational restrictions, we are unable to offer Cash on Delivery for:
- Order value above INR 5000. We request you to make a prepaid payment for order value above INR 5000.
- Guest users. We request you to make a prepaid payment or create an account on Shopdisney.in.
- Prepaid delivery is not permitted in designated COVID containment zones.
- Are there any Delivery restrictions?
- Deliveries will only be made within India and to a pin-code which is serviced by our delivery network.
- Our delivery network covers more than 17000+ pin codes across the country. However, there are certain pin codes where we are unable to deliver due to legal restrictions, operational limitations or where we are unable to determine reliable delivery partners to service the location.
- You can check whether the pin code is serviceable or not on the product description page or at the time of checkout.
- What to do if your package shows as delivered but you can't find it.
- Check if the package was accepted by your building security.
- Wait until the end of the day (9PM)-In some rare scenarios, the delivery agent might accidentally scan your package as delivered, while it is still in transit.
- Contact our support team if you are still unable find your package.
- How many attempts are made for the delivery?
- We make 3 attempts at your delivery location before initiating a return.
- The delivery executive will give you a call on the mobile number provided by you before each attempt to check your availability.
- My order has been returned undelivered.
A package may be undeliverable if:
- The package is damaged in transit;
- Delivery is refused by the recipient;
- The address given is incorrect. Always check your address before placing an order;
- Nobody is available to accept the delivery after multiple attempts; or
- Due to local and regional lockdowns, areas being declared containment zones, or any operational issues, our ability to deliver packages is impacted.
All undeliverable packages will be returned to us and a refund will be processed as per the return policy (if the payment is already made).
Our delivery partners will not be able to retrieve and deliver an undeliverable package even if it is at a local courier station. Please re-order the item if you still wish to purchase the item.
